Refund and Cancellations Policy

1. Cancellation of Food Orders

If you wish to cancel your food order, please do so within 30 minutes of placing the order. No cancellation requests will be accepted after this time period.

2. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

3. No Refunds for Late Cancellations

If you attempt to cancel your order after 30 minutes, no refunds will be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience, but our preparation process starts immediately after order confirmation.

4. Table Reservations Cancellation

For table reservations, cancellations made more than 24 hours before the reservation time will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

5. Refunds for Special Offers

Please note that orders placed under special offers, discounts, or promotions are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

6. Delivery Issues

If there are any issues with your delivery, such as receiving the wrong items or missing items, please contact us immediately. We will either issue a refund or resend the correct items, depending on the situation.

7. Customer Responsibility

As the customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive the order. If the delivery fails due to incorrect information, no refunds will be issued.
